  1. Company normally works for six days a week, company observes Sunday as a compulsory weekly off. Your duty hours (Monday to Friday) will be from 08:45 am to 5:45 pm. And for Saturday it will be 9:30 am to 5 pm. You should reach office at least 15 minute before starting your work.

    • 08:50 it will count as a Late Mark. And monthly 3 late mark is equal to 1 Leave.
    • If you coming office after 09:45 am or leaving before 5:00 pm it will count as a half day.
    • Due to any reason if you are coming after 9:00 am you have to inform by call to your marketing manager & HR.
  2. If any employee not present in office, that day’s trial lead will we transferred to the other employee and previous follow up will be complete by other employee and that payment also will be count to the other employee.

  3. For an incentive any 2 or more-offer given, only 1 maximum incentive offer will be applicable. not applicable for same client multiple payment,

  4. You will get salary on 8th of every month and incentive on 16th of the Month, if any new employee completed training middle of the month will get that month salary with next month. And working day will be start from after successfully completing training. And in training period if anyone took leave they won’t get training time salary.

  5. If in 1st To 8th of the month any employee takes 2 days or more leave or then will get salary after reaching minimum target 12000 & percentage members to A+ & A team 30k, B team 20k

  6. For taking any leave you have to inform by written before 4 days, or for any medical leave you have to submit valid certificate once you come office. If you fail for the same it will count as a 2 leave.

  7. If you not present continue 3 or more days then it will consider as sandwich leave

  8. You should not use your personal Mobile, Internet in office time, and you should not carry any Pen drive, Hard disk, Memory card or any other flash media to the office.

  9. You need to work with company for minimum 1 year, otherwise will not eligible for getting any experience or other certificate.

  10. Daily you should generate 15 free trials as well complete all follow-up and update all your work comment in CRM.

  11. You will eligible for getting Rs 1000 referral bonus after completing 4 months.

  12. If any employee is planning to quit job, they should submit written resign letter 1 month before to HR, incase if not inform or not submitted resign letter then their salary will be hold. And after resign they need to complete F&F formalities.

  13. You have to carry and wear your ID card in office Daily, and if any time given any specific dress code compulsory everyone should follow it.

  14. Any Employee should not connect any personal contact, relative, in office time by SMS, chat or phone call.

  15. Any employee should not share company’s any information to any other person, they should not provide any company or personal trading call to any outside person, and anyone shouldn’t write any clients number or details in book and they should not take any screen shot.

  16. Anyone should not trade in to personal, relative or client Demat account.

  17. Anyone should not share any Personal detail, id proof, bank detail, employee code, contact number with any known -unknown client or person

  18. If anyone taken 1 leave or more than leave then they are not eligible for day incentive up to next month same date, if they are in A+ team then only they will be eligible for day incentive.

  19. Company any properties damage gone then that whatever amount it will direct from employes salary

  20. If anyone taken leave on Saturday it will consider 2 days leave (Sunday also will count ) , and month end given target not completed then total target to 2% will deduct.
